We were so excited to be apart of First Comes Love again. This year the event was held at St George’s College in Nedlands. The campus provided a stunning backdrop to all the different wedding vendors. We were involved in the parades which ran throughout the day, they were held in the gorgeous chapel.

In September, we travelled south to Margaret River for the Luxury Wedding Event at Xanadu Wines. The ‘down south’ vendors sure know how to put on a show! We were so impressed by the tipi set-up by Zest Styling, the tipi was home to the champagne lounge and catwalk which created such a good vibe.
We are super excited to be launching our brand new 2013 Bespoke Collection at First Comes Love Bridal Fair – Saturday October 5th 2013 – St Georges College, Crawley.
You’ll be able to view our new collection at our stand and the gowns will also be hitting the catwalk! Here is a sneak peek of what you can expect…
I’ve been lucky enough to have two of my gorgeous brides hop back into their wedding dresses for Wedding Upmarket. In August, Jess was the ‘poster gal’ for the event so it seemed only fitting to have her as our roaming model for the day. Jess, a good friend of ours, was more than happy to get frocked up for the day. We mixed it up a little and used berry hues for her accessories and make-up. Liv, from Olive Farm, created a beautiful ‘berry-inspired’ hair piece just for the occasion.
We’ll be at Wedding Upmarket this weekend, this year the event is being held at Winthrop Hall, UWA and entry is free, yes FREE!
It’s such a gorgeous venue and it will be filled to the brim with loads of lovely wedding wares. We’ll be showing our collection of wedding gowns and bridesmaid dresses, so please stop by and have a chat.
We’ll be taking appointments for design consultations on the day. This is a great idea if you need more time to look at the gowns and try them on. We also provide style advice and work with you to design your dream dress.

Elvi Design feature on the The Velvet Bow
We had a such a lovely surprise when we discovered Jessie, from The Velvet Bow, wrote a feature blog post on our gowns aptly titled ‘White Lace’. Jessie, a fashion blogger, is also a bride-to-be and discovered Elvi Design when she visited the First Comes Love bridal fair over the weekend.
Jessie admired the custom made gown we created for our client Jess. She loved the beautiful lace and the cut of the tea-length gown.

We are super excited to be exhibiting at First Comes Love this year. It will be held on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th May from 11am to 4pm at the Oxford Hotel in Leederville.
We will be displaying a number of new wedding gown designs featuring delicate lace, sumptuous silk and fine detailing. We have also created an elegant range of cocktail dresses which can easily be worn as a bridesmaid dress or to any special occasion.
In addition to our new designs, Jess, one of our lovely brides will be hopping back into her stunning dress for an hour or so each day.
