Bespoke Wedding Gowns
Where to begin with this gorgeous lass! When Maddie visited our studio she didn’t quite know what she wanted in a wedding dress, all she knew is that she wanted it to be different, a gown that no-one else had. We worked with Maddie over nine months to create a dreamy boho wedding dress complete with floaty lace sleeves, a low v-back and lots of tiny handmade details.
Maddie & Mat exchanged vows at Barrett Lane before heading to Spadille’s Cafe & Garage to party the night away with their nearest and dearest. Their wedding day was absolutely perfect and a huge celebration as they announced they were expecting a baby!
Unfortunately, since their wedding Mat was diagnosed with cancer (after already experiencing a serious health condition) and they are going through a really difficult time. If you’d like to read more about their story please click here or watch this video.

Jodie & John held a beautiful, relaxed wedding at Moore & Moore Cafe in Fremantle. Jodie had a really good understanding of fabric and what kind of wedding gown she’d like when we met with her. I think it helped that her Mum knows how to sew. I know my expensive taste comes from my Mum… I was brought up lusting after all the good stuff! We designed a beautiful 100% heavy silk wedding dress with a detailed corset bodice, the bodice featured a super fine french lace overlay. It felt like a spider web, so light and delicate!! I can only imagine that it was heaven to wear.
Recently we have experienced a number of brides opting for a veil in the final stages of creating their wedding dress. Jodie knew she was going to wear a flower crown but was undecided about a veil. It wasn’t until her last fitting that we had a look at her options and she selected a simple finger tip length veil. The perfect option for their church ceremony.
Jodie & John opted for a low-fuss wedding with no bridal party and focused on a few simple things – beautiful suit and silk wedding dress, exquisite flowers, great location and fantastic food and wine! What more could you want on your special day.
